Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $20.00 will be added to each order, for each address. Orders outside of our delivery area will be electronically wired out to a florist in that area. There will be a $10.00 wire out fee in addition to the $20.00 delivery fee. We will be glad to wire out your order to anywhere in the United States. Please note, we no longer deliver to apartments.

Orders must be received before 2pm EST to ensure same-day delivery. Orders received after 2pm EST will be delivered the following business day. Orders to Henry County schools must be received before 11am EST to ensure same-day delivery. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of the day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Sales Tax

8% sales tax will be charged on all online orders. Floral arrangements, merchandise (mylar balloons, stuffed animals, etc.) and delivery fees are taxed. Wire out fees are not taxed.

Substitution Policy

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your arrangement due to the availability of flowers, greenery and supplies. Care is taken to maintain the style and color scheme of the arrangement, using items of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays such as Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
